HERO SHOT

I chose this angle as the hero shot, as it showed all three levels. Additionally, most of the detailing on the exterior of the building was done on this side, as it looks out into the ocean, off of the cliff and is where the majority of the building is exposed. In this Photograph it is clear that the large curvatures and angles created by the glass and walls show a sense of fluidity that is reminiscent of the landscape around it.

Showroom Items
The two items i chose were the motorbike from  Autofabrica and the circular carpet from Bernabeifreeman.

36 words

36 patterns

Top level= Cells

This texture was by far my favourite pattern to add to my building. The 'cells' that were drawn originally, ended up looking like cracked pieces of tile, making for an interesting and eye catching feature wall.

Middle Level= Tessellating

i decided to use this pattern in the display section, as the pattern looked as tho it were tessellating tiles. It ultimately acts as a stark contrast to the blank nature of the area. drawing the viewers eye to to item on display.

Bottom Level= Smoke

\

the 'smoke' texture when scanned, endued up looking like sheets of metal. thus, i decided to use it on order to add texture to the modern simplicity of the buildings exterior.

Stair No. 2

Stair No.2 the spiral staircase, was designed as a way of navigating through and fitting in seamlessly with the series of pipes and shafts in the design of Fig. 2. The slight incline of the steps allows an ease of passage for cargo. The stairs are made from pressed metal, with a glass feature that wraps around the exterior.

Stair No. 1
Stair No. 1 takes on a more Simple and modern approach to its design. The curvatures in its architecture fit in seamlessly with the rounded surfaces in Fig. 1. The stairs are built from polished concrete and sit against a wall so as to give it the illusion of weightlessness, with the absence of support beams.
